Thanks for posting about this series Yvonne. I had not previously heard about the "Risking it All" series. I've been thinking about quitting my job and starting my own business for some time, and seeing all these folks go for it might spur me into action. It was interesting to me that many stories featured a husband and wife team.
Glad you found it useful. One of the things I got from watching the series was that the majority of people do one thing towards a goal and when it doesn't work out they just stop. They figure that it was never meant to be and accept that life is what it is. These people showed what it really takes; unshakeable faith in the midst of crisis, a willingness to listen to advice from others that have 'been there and done that' and a supportive inner circle - people who believed in them as much as they believed in themselves. Absolutely fantastic!
