Looking for Loss in All the Wrong Places

Self esteem, positive self image and self awareness all contribute to living a blissful life as does self love... Read on:

Whenever we think of the month of February, we automatically think of love and lots of ways to romance another person.

Our time, attention, and energy turn toward igniting the flame in our current relationship or else finding that perfect partner.

While having a healthy romantic relationship with another can be amazing, fulfilling and very loving, let us remember that the deep, authentic, pure love that our soul longingly yearns for is not with someone else.

It’s with Ourselves!

The reason most of us spend our entire lives searching for unconditional love only to come up empty, is because we’ve been taught to look outside of ourselves.

The TRUTH is the source of all love is actually inside of us.

It is only when we allow ourselves to feel and express that love, for others and for ourselves, that we will see it reflected back to us from the outside.

In today’s society, that’s a hard truth to accept.  But, what’s the alternative?

We can’t continue going down the path of self-destruction like we have been.

Studies show there are millions of people who are suffering daily from self-hatred and an unhealthy relationship with their bodies, food, and weight:

** The average woman worries about the size and shape of her body EVERY 15 MINUTES.

** Over 50% of women say their body disgusts them.

** 92% of women say they want to change some aspect of their appearance, mostly body weight and shape.

** 86% say they routinely avoid pleasurable activities such as shopping for clothes, swimming or having sex, until they lose weight.

If we are shaming and degrading ourselves, we’re blocking the path to our highest and greatest love, joy, and peace and also to our natural weight.

It’s only when we can truly love ourselves where we are right now, warts and all, that true transformation can take place.

With Self-Love, you can find inner peace and have more confidence to pursue your dreams.

What is Self-Love?

When you love and accept yourself unconditionally:

* You are free to be yourself.
* You know in your core that you have great value and worth.
* You feel nurtured, cared for, and understood.
* You listen to your intuition.
* You forgive yourself.
* You know you are OK just the way you are right now.
* You are willing to take the time you need to rejuvenate your soul.
* You show yourself and others that you are worthy of being loved.
* You are better able to fully love others and receive love from them.

With so many choices vying for your attention these days, it’s more important than ever before to build a strong, loving foundation within yourself.

You are a unique, dynamic being, but at times your inner wisdom gets buried underneath layers of self-doubt, self-hatred, and self-deprecation.

Self-Love will set you free!

Self-Love is the springboard that will allow you to accomplish your dreams and be who you were destined to be.

Where does Self-Love begin?

Learning to love yourself starts with making a conscious decision, to set an intention to be happy, to be kind to yourself and to lead a fulfilled life.

When you make a decision to love yourself, you are really saying that you want to come alive.

You accept that you are responsible for the outcomes that you experience in your life and would like yourself to shine from living an inspired life.

The Inner Weigh™ made me cry! It really makes so much sense. I can now see how I have been sabotaging myself.  I really need to love myself better than that.  Thank you for showing me how. I am going to get started right away.”

“This film is an answer to so many people's struggles and challenges.  I have felt a huge difference already in my life. Since I was a child, I have hated my body. Honestly, since I have been watching The Inner Weigh™ and doing some of the exercises suggested in the film, this is THE first time in my life I can actually say I feel love and gratitude for my body.  It is the most amazing feeling!  I love that I'm feeling gentleness and acceptance instead of disgust and hatred. HALLELUJAH!!!!”
