I've been on the road quite a bit the past couple of weeks, delivering training, attending meetings and all sorts. On my travels I met and worked with a number of wonderful women, most employed and one or two operating their own business. As a confidence specialist I am aware that confidence is a big player in the things we do or do not do yet on meeting these amazing women I couldn't help but wonder where all their confidence had gone...
From doubts about their ability in their roles, their parenting skills and their personal lives, it became apparent that confidence building was needed more now than ever. And why? Because these women are the role models for the next generation, they are talented and they have much to offer that they currently don't see...
The upside is that it reinforces my mission to reach out and help women gain their confidence mojo back!
